Spianata & Co is an authentic, Italian sandwich shop. Our aim is to offer the best sandwiches in London. We also offer a delicious range of home made soups and salads, authentic Italian coffee, breakfast, cakes, biscotti and lots more!

Spianata & Co opened its first shop in March 2004 at 73A Watling Street, in the shadow of St Paul's Cathedral. We had a bakery built in this shop to supply us with fresh Spianata bread everyday (we mean it when we say we want to make the best sandwiches in London).

We have a healthy, Mediterranean approach to food that focuses on simplicity and taste. Classic, Italian recipes are always made up of a small number of carefully chosen ingredients, where the flavours and textures do all the work. That is why at Spianata & Co, you will find authentic classics that have stood the test of time and are as genuine as you might find in Rome or Milan.
