Live, Laugh, LOVE

31/01/2023

As a market that prides itself on always changing, evolving and giving you a reason to return time and time again, we wanted to take this opportunity to share the love with those who call Spitalfields home. Whether they’re trader’s market OGs, or brand-new boutiques on Market Street, there’s always something new to explore, eat or be entertained by here at East London’s favourite market. Keep reading for some Valentine’s ‘gift-spo’ for those treating someone special or indulging in some much-needed self-love.

So nice they named it twice!

Treat your significant other (or yourself!) to some beautiful, handmade heart shaped truffle ravioli from our resident Italians, Chi Chi and the Pasta Family. Available to purchase direct from the truck from the 5th to the 15th of February, this decadent pasta provides the recipe for a successful date night at home, with all the hard work done for you. Now that’s amore!

Sent With Love

Show your love for independent businesses this V-Day by purchasing from one of our market traders. Not only will the recipient be the new owner something totally unique to treasure, but you will be doing your bit to support a small business, and every sale means the world to a trader who puts their heart and soul into their craft. Check out Cross and Broken Hearted, Ladiebirdy and Paper Wonderland, all of which can be found in the trader’s market.

Date Night Done Right

Celebrate the most romantic day of the year at one of the most romantic restaurants in London, the Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle. Lovingly created by head chef Arturo Granato, the menu is priced at £130pp and includes sublime dishes such as Nori cured wild salmon, vintage caviar, Cumbrian beef fillet, finished off with an indulgent Yorkshire rhubarb soufflé. Head this way to book.

Who will you be kind enough to share yours with…?
