Critically acclaimed Spitalfields Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin La Chapelle was opened by Michelin-starred brothers Chris & Jeff Galvin in 2009.
La Chapelle serves expertly executed, French cuisine of the finest quality. There is a focus on using fresh, seasonal British and French produce. The restaurant serves a gourmet set lunch menu, a seven-course tasting menu, and seven course vegan and vegetarian tasting menus alongside an a la carte menu.
Galvin La Chapelle, takes its name from the famous Hermitage La Chapelle wine. Galvin have an established relationship with Paul Jaboulet Aine, the producers of the wine, which enables Head Sommelier Stephen Nisbet to serve a vertical vintage list including many wines not available elsewhere in London. Stephen has curated an inspiring cellar, much of which is on display throughout the restaurant. In addition, the Enomatic system allows an extensive and ever-changing selection of guest wines to be available by the glass.
The restaurant can be exclusively hired, and has a private dining area called ‘The Gallery’ which is located on the mezzanine which can accommodate 16 guests.
