  • All levels are welcome for yoga, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.
  • Sound baths are not advised for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with serious heart conditions, or individuals with pacemakers.
  • Class begins at 9:30 AM, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in.

Corps Flottants opens tomorrow (June 20) at Spitalfields – a one-day exhibition blending art, fashion, and sustainability through immersive works by rising artists Carla Bore, Maria Fanfani, Arthur Coelho and Jules Vissers.

Expect sculptural jewellery, recycled textiles, and powerful stories of identity and transformation.
