You’re in luck, as Londoners will now be able to recreate that same fine dining experience from their very own kitchen with a little help from Chris and Jeff Galvin, and all for just £40pp! The brothers recently launched ‘Galvin at Home’, a 3 course-menu including Michelin-starred signature dishes from “Galvin, a Cookbook de Luxe”. The menu also comprises of matching wine recommendations to complete the perfect night in. Dishes include Slow-cooked short rib of beef with truffle macaroni & watercress and Sicilian Lemon tart.
