Canteen works with some of the UK’s best food producers, offering meat that is additive free and ethically sourced, plus fish that’s delivered directly to their restaurants from day boats on the south coast. All of Canteen’s dishes are cooked to order and they make their own jams, piccalillis, pies, cakes and ice-creams.
As with the rest of their menu, Canteen’s bar is British led. Cocktails reflect the flavours of classic home-grown ingredients, and the handpicked selection of beers, ciders and perrys represent our country’s brewing history.
